Gokul Villa is a three-bedroom private-pool retreat inside the Villa Montana gated community in Neral, 3BHK that belongs to your group alone, two hours from Mumbai and thirty minutes from Neral station.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms, a studio living room and long verandahs open onto a private pool with open-sky valley views. A caretaker lives on site and the family cooks homely food; the only thing to plan is when to get in the water.

Before you book
How many guests can Gokul Villa host?
Up to 15 guests across three air-conditioned bedrooms. Mattresses are provided for guests beyond ten, charged at ₹500 per person per night.
Is the pool really private?
Yes, the private pool and the whole walled compound are yours alone for the length of your stay. Pool hours are 8 AM to 10 PM for safety.
How do we get there?
About 30 minutes by road from Neral railway station, or a 2-hour drive from Mumbai via Karjat–Murbad Road.
What about meals?
Homely veg (₹800/pp) and chicken (₹900/pp) packages are cooked by the caretaker's family. You can also bring your own food or order from nearby restaurants. Please order a day ahead.
Check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 1:30 PM, check-out by 11:30 AM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability at ₹1,000 per hour.
Are parties allowed?
Birthday, bachelor and bachelorette celebrations are welcome with prior approval. Outdoor noise must be reduced after 11 PM per gated-community rules.

A family villa in a quiet residential lane. A few simple rules keep it calm for your group and the neighbours.
Valid photo ID
A valid government photo ID is required for all guests, mandatory as per local regulation.
Swimming pool
Open 8 AM to 8 PM. No diving or jumping, and no food, drinks or smoking in the pool.
Quiet hours
Keep noise low late at night. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood.
No parties or events
Strictly not allowed. This is a family, residential property.
Smoking & alcohol
Not allowed inside the villa. In case of smell, a fine of Rs. 1,000 is applicable.
No pets
Pets are not allowed on the property.
No drugs or illegal activity
Nothing illegal under Indian law is permitted anywhere on the property.
Parking
Park only in the designated parking area.
Late checkout
A fine of Rs. 1,000 is applicable for late checkout.
Damages
Please report any damage to the manager immediately. Fine applicable.
CCTV & security
CCTV monitors all outdoor areas. Lock doors and windows when you go out.
